Southern Source Core (SSC)’s production facilities are equipped with highly efficient and reliable manufacturing and testing equipment designed and manufactured by our in-house research team. We utilize controlled-atmosphere furnaces with temperature accuracy of up to 2 degrees Celsius and atmosphere regulation within a 3% range. This allows for precise control of the furnace temperature profile, preventing leaks and ensuring products with excellent electrical performance.
Thanks to our rigorous process control, consistent quality, and comprehensive cost-effectiveness, we have established partnerships with numerous well-known new energy vehicle manufacturers in China (such as BYD, Geely Auto, Leapmotor, Li Auto, Valeo, Garrett, and Seres). As of 2024, our products hold a 54.8% market share in the field of terminal blocks for new energy vehicle air conditioning compressors.
